Rohan is a certified AI developer who, despite still being in high school, brings three years of hands-on experience building machine-learning solutions and over seven years of programming expertise to every engagement.
He completed Harvard's CS50 course as well as Harvard's AI bootcamp, and was selected for the Harvard Undergraduate Ventures Tech Summer Program, working as an investment analyst at NYX Ventures. Rohan has already led cross-functional teams, earned industry-recognized AI certifications, and mentors fellow student innovators.
Recognizing that many youth-led nonprofits and early-stage startups lack affordable strategic support, he cofounded Agnim Group to deliver consulting in exchange for board roles or modest equity—aligning his success with the long-term growth of each client.

Siddhanth is a cybersecurity engineer, civic leader, and technical strategist who brings a rare blend of technical depth and public sector engagement to Agnim Group.
He holds industry-recognized certifications in cybersecurity and additive manufacturing, and his leadership in technology and service has earned him formal recognition from U.S. Congressman David Schweikert.
He has served as a cybersecurity engineer at pharmaceutical companies, where he launched employee awareness campaigns and revamped company-wide policies to meet the NIST framework. He completed Harvard's CS50 course and was selected for the Harvard Undergraduate Ventures Tech Summer Program, working as an investment analyst at NYX Ventures. He also led an award-winning robotics team that developed a community-centered engineering project using AI and Arduino.

Areen is a co-founder at Agnim Group, where he supports youth-led startups and nonprofits through a blend of strategic research, financial insight, and data-driven planning.
His focus lies in helping early ventures clarify their market approach, structure key decisions, and develop pathways toward sustainable growth.
His prior experience includes working on projects across the fintech and edtech space, where he explored how product design, user behavior, and financial systems converge to drive growth and impact. He completed Harvard's CS50 course and was selected for the Harvard Undergraduate Ventures Tech Summer Program, working as an investment analyst at NYX Ventures. At Agnim, he brings this lens to each engagement—helping founders frame challenges, test assumptions, and build scalable solutions with clarity and confidence.
He is currently pursuing a BS in Data Science at IIT Madras, with academic and practical interests spanning venture finance, analytics, and startup ecosystems. Passionate about enabling young founders, Areen is committed to building systems and insights that turn bold ideas into operational reality.

Nihal is the co-founder of the Agnim Group, president of the Arizona chapter of Always Improving Minds, and an independent researcher. He serves as the subject head for Materials Science in Science Olympiad and holds a consulting certification. Nihal focuses on building data-driven, scalable solutions for under-digitized industries by integrating engineering expertise with business strategy.
