Rohan has already led cross-functional teams, earned industry-recognized AI certifications, and mentors fellow student innovators.

Recognizing that many youth-led nonprofits and early-stage startups lack affordable strategic support, he cofounded Agnim Group to deliver consulting in exchange for board roles or modest equity—aligning his success with the long-term growth of each client.

He has served as a cybersecurity engineer at pharmaceutical companies, where he launched employee awareness campaigns and revamped company-wide policies to meet the NIST framework. He also led an award-winning robotics team that developed a community-centered engineering project using AI and Arduino.

His prior experience includes working on projects across the fintech and edtech space, where he explored how product design, user behavior, and financial systems converge to drive growth and impact.
